- Recommended portions: As an appetizer prior to a meal, usually 4 to 6 pieces per person. For a 3-hour cocktail party, about 6 to 8 pieces per person. Consumption will vary depending on time of day, items ordered and type of affair.
Disposable accessories and serving utensils are not included but may be purchased separately.
- Add the place settings (Fork, 6" plate & napkin .25 per setting)
- Serving Utensils: Tongs $1.50 ea., Serving Spoons .75 ea.
- Heating racks (if needed) $9.95 each (includes canned heat and water pan). $4 credit if heating racks are returned within 14 days after event date.
