Weekday rates (Monday-Thursday )
* room must be rented a minimum of two hours
100 people or less $ 75.00 / hr.
Over 100 people $ 90.00 / hr.
Weekend rates (Friday—Sunday)
* room must be rented a minimum of four hours
100 people or less $100.00 / hr.
Over 100 people $125.00 / hr.
Rates for Park Forest Residents
Weekday rates (Monday-Thursday )
* room must be rented a minimum of two hours
100 people or less $ 55.00 / hr.
Over 100 people $ 70.00 / hr.
Weekend rates (Friday—Sunday)
* room must be rented a minimum of four hours
100 people or less $ 80.00 / hr.
Over 100 people $105.00 / hr.
$150.00 Damage Deposit Required at time of booking
Capacity up to 200 people
Alcohol is allowed. Renter is required to obtain appropriate approval/permits from the Village of Park Forest for a $25 fee and security is required at event at $35 per hour and is provided by the Village of Park Forest.
